I agree Singapore is a nice place to roam and shop around but its quite expensive.
Clean kaayo ang place but there is a place in Singapore called NEW WATER.
In Singapore they have limited supply of water so what they do they recycle their water...you know what I mean.
They usually add these itinerary in tour groups and they give this recycled water for tourists to taste.
But these water is not yet out in the market as their government has not approved of it.
