it's 56 sq.m. we already have the furnishing like sala set, dining table, beds, etc. Our problem is we need to paint the house, partitions and tiles..

@TS, murag nasayop mi ug sabot sa imong post. basically, your not talking about diay sa construction of bare 2 storey but the finishing of it. Sorry about that. Murag mahal gyud ang tiles. Why not use vinyl instead.

yes migo, nagkuha man gud mi ug unit sa DECA mandaue prime. But 50k budget for tiles in 56sq.m. floor area is too much?or just enough? mas nice man gud ang tiles kay ang vinyl magaras ra dayon..

Yay!! pa estimate sa engineer dugang gasto. You might also misunderstood my post. Actually, the house is already there but it's bare. Nag prob lang jud mi if enough ba amung budget for tiles and etc for a bare unit delivered house.The house is delivered smooth, first coat paint, ground floor without ceiling and second floor without partition. The floor is smooth finished..

mora kulangon na gamay bro, steel frames ang gamita, dali pa kaau ang installation, and mostly, dako kaau ka og ma save sa man power. ang ako ma suggest nmo bro kay dagko lang na tubo imo haligi nya truss nimo kay manga angle bar. lig-on pa kaau imo balay.
