unsay tawag anang sul-obon sa ubang runners na magkidlap-kidlap. i know iyang purpose is as a reflector. but is there a specific name/brand for runners? where and how much kung paliton?

yup nag pa registro na gani ko sa unilab nya sa cebu marathon 42k. ambot ug mu survive ba ko sa 42k pero ako paninguhaon .. aw palit lang ug sim nako balik. naa man koy mga baligya pa. hehe

it's a tough decision but i need to cancel my participation for Run United and CCM 2012 due to work schedule, priorities and personal commitments specially in developing runners in our area. doing such need strong effort and time management, i have to give up my running sessions/training to focus on that. we have some great kids in our community and i want them to get into running, elite or non-elite.
