DONT READ A LOT OF BOOKS OR WHATSOVER.. cuz you are just wasting your time on it ...INSTEAD try to listen to every conversation...WE learn to speak a certain language first not by Reading but by Listening and then imitating the phrase..as what children do and it goes to every language..LEARN to speak like a CHILD...imitate what you have heard on the movies or in an interview and Try to remember the PHRASE...PHRASES..PHRASES..and practice ...practice and most importantly USE IT ON DAILY BASIS...
and if you already have millions of phrases in your head... automatically it will just pop out and thats how a person becomes fluent ....POLISH YOur skills through reading and writing..and REMEMBER! BEING Conscious of GRammar will only make you slow..so avoid it!
