@bizz_dakk modepende na sa atong application kung ma-approvan ta ug taas2x nga terms. Pinakataas sa bank financing mga up to 25 years unya sa in house financing usually mo-allow up to 15 years more or less. In the case of Midori Plains, they're not offering it yet. Sa ilang laing projects they give 10 years with 18% interest per annum. But remember the longer the terms the higher the interest rates.
