I am scheduled for interview sa Eli Global Phils for writer position. Naa diri currently working or worked before as writer for this company. Pila man starting sweldo for writers? Night shift ba ang work shift for writers? Thanks for any replies.

yep..yep... dili lgeh cla dako ug basic diri pero bawi.on sa commision. my brother is still working here and kita jd ko sa iya pay check na 40k sa iya one payday ra. tsk..tsk..

12.5K Basic + (pila ang allowance) ..i know daku ang commission..was just asking for the additional allowance on top of the 12.5k basic.

okay baya ni nga company but for sales lang jd...anyone can try, but not all successful mn pd..like for me, gikan ko ug tech support for 5 years from another call centre nya ni try dire, 3months ra jd ko uy, banga ayu ko mamaligya...hahahaha pero maayu kaau ko pag training and assessment namo...hahahaha...

tuod, lisod jd ang sales for me...murag wala koy pasensya ana nga field...

after 5 mos. of submtting my resume, out of the blue;i received a text saying to take their online assessment. That day i went there & waited for 15 mins.(good thing their lounge was cozy!)
I met their cute n lovely HR Ms. Faye:she was bubbly & accommodating. To my dismay, she told me they're not going to offer me a job but to refer me instead to their clients(SIGH).....

I was there yesterday,I also met Ms. Faye, she was cute,bubbly & accommodating .She was a former communications trainer in Accenture Account way back from Teletech.
I was applying for a Tech Support Rep, Eli Global will forward and prioritize my application to their clients or other call centers. She said she would call for any updates and am okay with it.

Faye once called me but i wasnt able to answer coz i was in a meeting. idk y i agreed to apply at teletech but layoan jud ko since im from cebu. Now, im wid cvg!!! Gd lck Bro!
