    my post is just a "clarificatory" question or statement. i have no intention to disrespect your post.

    actually boss, naka-attend ko twice ug housing loan counseling sa PAG-IBIG (in Manila & Cebu) and isa lang ang pirme nila gi emphasize during the counseling, the monthly amortization will only start after the take-out of the house. pagkakaalam man jud nako sa take-out is human na ang balay and nag concur na ang buyer sa inspection checklist.

    mao tong, gi clarify nako ang statement na "monthly amortization will start immediately after the equity" but if you say na completed na ang mga balay then considered as moot and academic na ning akong clarification... hehehe
