reasons for monitoring this thread:

1.) this is too early to talk about electoral politics, especially on a national level. doing so makes us resemble the under-the-table dealings and alliances that they do in the vaunted halls of Congress. it's kinda pathetic by the way.

2.) you have already made your choice last elections. how you wasted it, or how you think your choice was better, is up to you. but this is not a venue for "i-told-you-so's". we have a lot of threads for that.

3.) i will not tolerate another venue for a flame war.

For me, Gibo Teodoro would have been a good choice somehow.

a candidate even with half the vision and brilliance of Ferdie Marcos. Should have lesser tendency to corrupt (and lose control) with absolute power. Also, no greedy figure beside like an "Imelda". That would be good enough to save this country. If such candidate exists is another story though.
