Simple, I was wondering if they by chance someone knew if the Hotels mentioned were going to make available some of the food (some of the food probably out of the ordinary and not regularly available) that was meant for the Summit. I don't think that they planned on the same menu items as "regular"?
I know it's not cooked already a day at a time, but I am sure alot of it was already DELIVERED. This is why I wrote, "they can't freeze everything, right"? I mean, what about fresh foods like the seafood, exotic fruits, and other foods that the taste would be diminished or ruined by freezing?
I think this thread has run it's "course" (once again pun intended) for me, especially siince I've noticed that no matter what the subject, you feel the need to write the last wordzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Thanks anyway.

Garcia issues deadline for CICC contractor to address water leaks
Cebu City (11 December) -- The contractor of the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) has until tomorrow to address the leaks of the newly-completed world-class structure which became a subject of criticisms being one of the venues of the 12th Asean Summit and housing the International Media Center.
Cebu Gov. Gwen Garcia issued the deadline to the contractor as media reports highlighted the leaks of the new P515 M edifice where water dripped out from various parts of the building when heavy rains struck the city due to typhoon Seniang.
Garcia during the Cebu Organizing Committee (COC) meeting this morning where she sits as co-chair, said water leaks are expected in every new edifice as "we don’t have the luxury of time" to flood test the convention center.
With the postponement of the summit, Garcia said "we will have more time to fine-tune everything at the CICC."
Garcia said she has instructed the contractor to do the water sealing of the canopies and the glass-covered areas as well as do some other corrections.
As water leaks from the CICC which became a media focus, Garcia expressed hopes that media would look beyond the leaks and see that the Provincial Government delivered its promise that the CICC would be completed in time for the summit.
While other people delights in negative criticisms not only to the leaks of the CICC but likewise to the postponement of the summit, this gives us more time to improve ourselves and make us tougher. While other people see this as a setback, we see this as an opportunity to move on, according to Garcia.
COC chair Ambassador Marciano Paynor, meanwhile said the CICC will accommodate more meetings during the summit which has been moved to the new proposed dates on January 9 to 13, next year. The dates however, have to be agreed upon by the various countries participating in the summit.

At least five leaders to attend rescheduled ASEAN summit
MANILA -- At least five Southeast Asian leaders are attending the rescheduled ASEAN summit in the Philippines in January, regional governments said Monday.
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo made a dramatic last-minute decision to postpone the event, originally set for this week, citing an approaching typhoon.
The bad weather eventually spared Cebu, the central Philippine island province that would have hosted the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) meeting.
The organizers on Sunday proposed a January 11-13 date for the annual leaders' meeting.
The proposal was subject to the availability of the leaders of ASEAN member nations, namely Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono "will (attend), but we will announce it in time," his spokesman Dino Patti Djalal told Agence France-Presse in Jakarta.
Thai Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont is to join Arroyo on the new summit date, government spokesman Yongyuth Mayalarp said in Bangkok.
Malaysian Premier Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was also expected to attend, as will Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, spokesmen for their respective governments told Agence France-Presse.
The same Malaysian contingent of officials, ministers and the prime minister was expected to attend as of Monday, barring schedule clashes, said a Malaysian official in Kuala Lumpur.
"At the moment, there are no changes, it's only the date which has been postponed," the official added.
It remained unclear whether any leaders from Australia, China, Japan, India, South Korea and New Zealand would be able to attend.
Those countries help to make up the East Asia Summit, which was to have been held alongside ASEAN in Cebu.
It has been widely reported that Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is unlikely to attend the postponed summits due to his plan to visit Europe and parliamentary commitments.
He has been reported to be planning to visit Europe from January 9 through 14.
