    Pagasa warns against morning exercise due to smog

    Smog, a combination of smoke and fog caused by polluted air, poses a threat to the health of people exercising in the morning, a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said.
    The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has advised the public, especially the elderly, to avoid exercising in the morning because of exposure to smog.
    Pagasa weather forecaster Mario Ordinaryo was quoted as saying that smog comes from cold and humid air mixing with smoke pollution from cars and factories. It is the cold temperature during the early morning which causes smog to go down near the ground level.
    Ordinaryo said that it would be better to exercise in the afternoon when smog has not yet been formed and the pollution from cars and factories were high in the sky

    Para lang nako boss.. ok ra mn kung buntag basta adto sad ka mu agi sa gamay ra ug mga sakyanan para less ang smoke.. dili sad ko ganahan sa afternoon kay daghan na ug sakyanan, grabe na ang abog, grabe na ang smoke..i would still go for early morning runs than sa afternoon.

    sakto ang gi ingon ni @francisxim. enjoy ur first marathon! kung mahimo magdala og camera, pagdala. plus, dont wear anything new on race day jud. kung unsa imo gi gamit sa training, mao nana gamita sa marathon. like shoe, shorts, shirt, etc... kng unsa imo gsoot sa imo training or simulation, mao na jd na sya. and ayaw kau pag mind sa distance. just keep moving forward. goodluck on your 1st marathon.
    sakto. pero murag enjoy gyud ni kay basta cebu marathon nendot man gyud... pero apil pod mi sa unilab. dakoa sa medal nindot kaayo tanawon nya naay bag puno ug unilab products.

    bsta ilailaha lang jud imung lawas ug maayu boss.. kung kapoy na gani, ayaw ka uwaw nga mu pahuway kad****.. sakto sa @yahnot.. kung pwde mag dala ka ug camera, pagdala.. first pa bitaw nimu nga full-mary.. enjoy lang jud.. ayaw pgpa pressure..
