mao lage, care to share insight bah, how you come to conclude nga "kawatan" si GMA. As far as I know everyone who wanted a stake in politics and was associated with the clan broke their ties after the massacre and had accounts against the Ampatuans just to distance themselves.

And btw, since when did the Philippines become a draconian state? I want to see her punished (is she is indeed guilty) as much as the next bloke, to the extent of the law of course, but "suffer a painful demise"? that's pure blind hatred naman nah oi.

    What is Plagiarism?

Plagiarism is the use of someone else’s ideas or language without acknowledging that they were not created by you. This definition applies to ideas, words and unusual structures regardless of where you find them—in a book, on a webpage, in an email. Whenever you include another person's information or wording in a document, you must acknowledge the source and include a citation that will tell your readers where you obtained it—otherwise you are guilty of plagiarism.

Marquez cites effort ‘to shoot messenger’ over TRO ruling

"The heat of the debate over the temporary restraining order (TRO) that the Supreme Court upheld last Friday had spawned a new controversy over the role of the tribunal’s spokesman who, in a dissenting opinion being highlighted by pro-Aquino media, was admonished for supposedly interpreting the resolution of the SC on the TRO as being upheld but which SC spokesman Midas Marquez described as an effort to “shoot the messenger.”"

"Marquez wrote The Tribune, however, to state that the dissenting opinion “while it may be repeatedly publicized and broadcasted by those who agree with it, it remains a minority view. The majority view always prevails and must be complied with.”

The public must not be led to believe that the dissenting view is the controlling view,” Marquez wrote.
