hinuon kato amua gi dagan practice cebu naga murag layo layo toh nya vice versa. i know dili toh sya 42k pero layo layo pod toh. hehe. yup ako ni first marathon. 42k. dako na kaayo ko ug gi invest aning running pero it really pays off pod. aside from ni gamay ta, healthy pa ang atong lawas. Pwera lang sa mga accesories para dagan , mahal mahal gyud.![]()

sakto ang gi ingon ni @francisxim. enjoy ur first marathon! kung mahimo magdala og camera, pagdala. plus, dont wear anything new on race day jud. kung unsa imo gi gamit sa training, mao nana gamita sa marathon. like shoe, shorts, shirt, etc... kng unsa imo gsoot sa imo training or simulation, mao na jd na sya. and ayaw kau pag mind sa distance. just keep moving forward. goodluck on your 1st marathon.

I tried to run ganina sa ayala. I was kinda scared. My ankles hurt.

me and my running buddies in the starting line at Old Bogo City hall.
I was walking from km55 to km83 due to right knee pain. thanks to Alaxan FR, I was able to run about 4 hours left before cut-off time. This was taken at Liloan.
with my TG mate, James, at the finish line. I jumped upon reaching the 104.5th km, despite the exhaustion and pain. A happy moment.

hala, mao bah sis? cge2 na ka og dagan? well, one thing lang is that ang kana diha sa ayala man gud kay simento. sakit jud nang simento sa ato joints, kung i compare sa aspalto.
wa raka natakilpo? i dagan lang sa na sa grass sis. mka heal manang sa grass ka mu dagan. nya observe lang sa jud. pamati sa imo lawas.

Ana diay na?
Medyo dugay2 na ko nag run. Pero before every weekend lang kay naglisud ko ug adjust kung when ko mag jog. I go to work at 10 in the evening man gud. So last week i decided to run at 5 in the afternoon kung weekdays nya 5 in the morning kung weekends.
Wala ra man sad ko natakilpo.. It still hurts karon when i try to twist both my ankles.![]()
