wala na jud ang pinas,...wala na'y rule of law,
The concept regarding the Rule of Law is very much subjective to each and own perspective. It can be interpreted in many ways depende kung kinsay naa sa puder..
One thing that cannot be changed is the Spirit of the Law..
^^maskin unsa-on pa nimo og change sa imong self, kung bulay-og ang mga nagpadagan sa nasud, wala gihapon nay kwenta. let's be realistic...
this system is so filthy only the blood of a revolution and a civil war could wash it clean..
the manner, intent and purpose for which those specific people were appointed defeats the sacredness of the constitution itself!
anarchy is what you deserve with a mindset like that. personally, i would like to think this country needs cleansing of those kinds.
there is no such thing as a constitutional crisis with pushing what is fair and just above all the crap that evil brings forth...!
What? Speculation nasad? Again, they are the SC, it is their implied powers to interpret the constitution. There is no regard for the "manner, intent AND purpose". So you mean to say, I can break any of the statutes in the constitution because the SCs were appointed in a questionable "manner, intent and purpose"? Will the government be justified in taking any of our Bill of Rights just because of the same reason?
^^You are free to choose to break the law. Just be willing to face the consequences of your actions.
What I have written is based on facts I derive from sources that may not be available to the general public. My kind do not speculate.. I leave that to impotent loud mouths.
In the context of this thread, Sec. of Justice did the righteous thing !
