No reason was given by the SC. So the Sc may still change their mind you know. It did not automatically scrap circular nor directly declare it be unconstitutional.
That's why I said indefinitely because it is rendered void unless the only power who can give it effect renders a/or changes it's decision which in this case is still the SC. The SC does not have to give any reason whatsoever.

They should've acted like Chiz Escudero - a known anti-GMA senator. HOwever, he said.

"Parehong may pagkukulang ang dalawang panig kaya tayo umabot sa bingit ng constitutional crisis. Sa panig ni dating Pangulong Arroyo, bakit siya nagmamadaling umalis? Tuloy maraming nagdududa. Sa panig ng DOJ, tigilan muna ang pagpapalabas ng mga makabagong teoriya ng batas. Kalahating NAKAKATAWA, kalahating NAKAKAINIS."

it was because of the hungry media. it shouldn't be like that if the media were not racing themselves to get a better view of the show. ngkagubot hinuon.

as a Filipino i only wanted the truth coz i am already tired of carrying this big question mark on my head

why do i want her to be in prison wherein i did not hear any statements from her defending all the accusations. injustice ra pud na kaau sa kang GMA. all we have right now are just mere speculations about the issue. mao na nga maau mkblo ta unsay tinuod.

lastly, i rather have Topacio's balls than to have GMA in prison

mao nagdalidali si GMA ug lakw unta..
ok good..so DOJ under the command of DElima should follow SCs TRO whether they like it or not..so ang ilang pag hold sa mga arroyo is without bases and dapat lang silutan pud sila..

no doubt almost everybody would like the arroyos to be punished.but the means the government is using is not right and therefore subject also for punishment. defying sc order is punishable by law.

What the government is showing is no longer just to me. It's now obvious to me what this government wants. It want to pin down Arroyo by whatever means even violating her rights just to see her in prison and look good among the people.
Am not pro GMA nor PINOY, I always voted w/ my conscience. Fortunately I was out of the country during the presidential elections hehe and you are right on this NapoleonBlownapart, theres no plan for healing and reconciliation coz they wanted to get even. They are trying to repeat what they did w/ the Marcoses, ipahiya sa buong mundo. Now our image as filipinos is sira nanaman.

Indeed. Everyone wants the truth to come out. But carelessness like this will only result in the case being junked. The only sure-fire way to do this case, as tedious as it is, is through due process.
