    LOL.. yeah we can only say the Sc made the decision so its should be it final. Funny isnt it there is no body who can check the SC either...

    Isnt their action a betrayal of public trust also?

    For me lang gyud san at least the SC should have give the government a chance to reply. Then si Delima sad kay pagakapassionate na lang sad.

    Pero come to think frustrating man sad na para sa iyaha if ever makagaws si GMA na dili na mubalik. mao ra na ako take...

    But you do understand that the Supreme Court TRO has indefinitely rendered circular 41 void? That it is very well within the powers of the Supreme Court as provided for in the Constitution hence making it legal?

    because(WHEREAS), apart from the courts, the Secretary of Justice as head of the principal law agency of the government mandated to, inter alia, investigate the commission of crimes, prosecute offenders, and provide immigration regulatory services, is in the best position to institute measures to prevent any miscarriage of justice, without, however, sacrificing the individual's right to travel;
    Basing on SC Spokesperson Marquez, "NO CASES HAVE BEEN FILED".
    So WLO is "PROBABLY" an injustice for the Arroyo. No Cases have been filed and therefore they should be able to enjoy their right to Life and Travel.

    She can practically plea for asylum, she already has a cause, the administration gave it to her when she was stopped at the airport. What the DOJ did can be considered according to context, an internment. I could definitely see this angle coming out of this mess. They should have just let her go, when she didn't have the excuse to plea. Now the administration had better stick to its guns and keep her within the country if they ever hope to charge her with anything.
