So WLO is "PROBABLY" an injustice for the Arroyo. No Cases have been filed and therefore they should be able to enjoy their right to Life and Travel.

She can practically plea for asylum, she already has a cause, the administration gave it to her when she was stopped at the airport. What the DOJ did can be considered according to context, an internment. I could definitely see this angle coming out of this mess. They should have just let her go, when she didn't have the excuse to plea. Now the administration had better stick to its guns and keep her within the country if they ever hope to charge her with anything.

only after prelim investigation before naa arrest unless nadakpan siya while doing the offense...
