    imagine that, a legally-ambigious device created by arroyo and approved/upheld by the corrupted Supreme Court is being used to prevent arroyo from escaping and to subvert the corrupted moves of the SC.

    that's called "irony", sweet sweet irony...

    Kana nga kaso ingon ana wala na siya gi ingon nga gi dali2x kay its a case accordingly to be address immediately ( mao ako ni hear ni Marquez ) ug 2 weeks na siya nga petition .....

    bai, unsay definition nimu anang "detention"? Follow this thought quick. Arroyo wants to fly out of the country + Admin. won't allow her to fly = detention.

    And it is arbitrary unless there is a case filed against her!
