Yeah they probbaly want a very strong case, you know about the "beyond reasonable doubt" thing... considering that many of their witness are confessed "bayarin" who benfitted from the fraud that make them less credible.

Considering GMA has Mendoza for a lawyer they need more than year to build a strong case... LOL.. )

Dili man sad pwede ang halfbaked na case because of double jeopardy and time bar rule...

Actually , this should be a fun discussion , especially seeing how this plays out.

WTF?!? are you seriously comparing Ninoy's situation to the Arroyo's? that isn't even an apples to oranges comparison! that's like comparing an apple to dead, maggoty meat buried deep within the compost heap.

    man, that's just disrespectful.

Unsa man sab imo argument bro nga impartial ang Supreme Court, siguro mga GMA appointees ? ....

Unsa may interpration nimo sa Bill of Rights .. like kini

"No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal "

Bisan kita ordinaryo nga tawo dili sueto ug baload makasabot ta ana ... DUE PROCESS ... naa bay kaso si GMA ?

then why blame Supreme Court if they are upholding the law ...

Ug mo larga na si GMA unya dili na mo balik problema na sa Goberno dili na problema niya ...

No dili si Noynoy.. Si GMA nagbuhat ana na EO still effective karon mao to gigamit ni delima, giving power to DOJ to put GMA's name on hold departure list...

The funny thing about this is the SC only made a TRO and did not really rule on the right of the executive or the basis of the DOJ's action as unconstitutional.

Very interesting diba? From my point of view.. unless alot has changed that I could be probbly wrong..

what mention did i give on that post about shortcutting anything? don't take it 'personally', man. it's all gooood!

also, it's quite obvious from your posts that you really don't mind that your taxes got stolen. or maybe you weren't paying taxes that time. or maybe the pay you're getting right now is sooooo gooood that it offsets what your employer used to do?
