We can't trust the SC anymore. This is so patently obvious, it's getting absurd. Following the rule of law only makes sense if the law is truly impartial. In this case it is not.
Have you seen that movie 300? There was that scene where the king was asking for the blessing of the corrupted priests whose blessing Sparta thought it needed in order to defend themselves against the invading army? That's what the SC looks like to me right now, those corrupted priests.
LOL.. Technically the DOJ has aright to put GMA on hold departure list by virtue of an EO giving DOJ such right which was ordered by GMA during her presidency..
Then this TRO its not actually like a permanent injuction ... which is temporary in character unlike the EO...
so weight thing yourself...
Wala may ning tubag sa akong Pangutana ngano hangtod karon wala paman na gi kiha si GMA ? maka ipsut hinoon .... basolon dayon Supreme Court ....
No ruling by the SC such power giving the DOJ to put anyone on hold departure list as unconstituional, the last I heard. So unless the Sc declared it unconstitutional then by all means it still stands and still legal.
unless I am wrong and there is such declaration by the SC only then will I probably concede to the opinion of the many though probably not the majority...
i'm not taking this personally. are you? i'm just listing the posters here with an obvious bias towards the arroyos. it's obvious, like how obvious the arroyos effed-up the country and only people like you would think that you could hide it.
mind if i ask, are you also being paid to post pro-arroyo, anti-aquino stuff here?
