    sakto, it's so immature and careless to be painting either side as anti-arroyo or pro-arroyo in this issue. You simply cannot disregard the checks and balances or separation of powers in this issue, whether you hate Arroyo or not. This is an issue of upholding the constitution.

    It's completely dumbfounded to even entertain that Arroyo will flee once outside the country, and if in the slim chance she does, there are MORE THAN a handful of options to circumvent the extradition laws--not limiting to the treaties. It's all about hate-mongering for this administration.

    Not a matter of allegations, its a matter whether any charges were filed that should enable the government to restrain Arroyo's rights LAWFULLY. hing gikan paman diay na ug 2004 ang mga allegations its 2011, what happened since then? Natulog lang ang opposition ana nga span of time? Oh yeah, I remember they were too busy trying to make their own gains off an unfavorable (former) president! If there had been any irrefutable evidences for such allegations, charges would have been filed.
