Supreme Court decision is considered as part of the law of the land as embodied in our constitutional. However, notwithstanding the ruling of the Supreme Court, GMA was shamefully prevented to travel when she was already in the airport. OMG Sec. de Lima don't even follow the law. They should let the Arroyos go ... not because they like it .. but to respect the decision of the Supreme Court! The more they disobey the Supreme Court and keep the Arroyos from leaving .. the more this Administration will lose credibility in their fight for justice .. they are creating an unjust situation. Now, if they let the Arroyos go, that will make them credible .. and respectful to the Supreme Court which everyone would want to see .. And if they go and the Arroyos would not come back, then that will be against the Arroyos.

The more they show arrogance to the rule of Law, the more they give the other Countries reason to open doors to the Arroyos for Asylum ... as the Media is feasting on the persecution of this administration towards the former President.

The issue is not whether we are pro or anti GMA. The point is the supreme court has already made a ruling. What will happen to our country if we will not comply with the ruling of our supreme court.

This is a calculated risk by de LIma. Nagplano na siya nga mag senador siya come election time.
