you are wrong sir, not by the DOJ alone but by the presidential spokesman as well.
The president has got nothing to do with it.

“This is all high drama. They want the public to sympathize with them,” presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda said.

He emphasized that the former first couple will be treated with dignity but “we will be firm in our decision not to allow them to leave the country.”

information through text? sorry, i'm not a big fan of text messaging so, no.
again with all this assumptions. what makes you sure GMA actually is guilty? If going by your logic, PNoy is also a thief coz that P5M would has simply disappeared if a whistleblower didn't spread his Secret Meeting with the MILF. Or what about the P300M Blunder of the DOT last year, PNoy should also be accountable for that loss. So if your saying GMA is guilty without a doubt then by all means, she is. But the same applies to Noy now.

@AlbertCruz: now we are shouting Human rights. how about those people who were victims of human rights of the previous administration? do they also have human rights?

having GMA leave due to fake sickness is not the interest of the state. what most of us (including you) need to know is the TRUTH. we dont know what the truth is and by letting GMA go do you think we can achieve that?

she is innocent at this stage but if let her not defend her case then there will always be cloud of doubt on us whether there were really irregularity during her administration.

stop that acting and face the music. she may want to surpass what praybeyt benjamin did on the box office

man, if you can't see what the arroyo's did, they must be paying you really well.

i don't think those cases you are mentioning would put the current president on the same footing as your GMA at all, consider the circumstances and who benefited/profited from those. now consider what your munting princessa has done in the same light. now check how the scales balance.

again, let me say you must be getting quite a bit of pay for you to keep at it like this. dang, if only i didn't have a conscience...
