The SC brought it on themselves. Nobody respects this court anymore. This is what happens when you say "final" doesn't really mean final in another case.

It will take the SC a long time to claw its way back out of the trash it's in. Final motions for reconsideration not being truly final, wholesale plagiarism, flipping jurisprudence, lack of respect for its own rules of court, is anyone surprised they have lost so much moral authority that the executive can now defy their orders without consequence?

The SC justices brought this on themselves. If they had conducted themselves with integrity then the people will be on their side and follow their moral compass, but people are getting sick and tired of the kangaroo decisions and games of the court. Is this a court of the land or some kind of jester's court? Don't these justices know they are being laughed at around the world? The plagiarism case alone did so much damage to the reputation of our justice system, they are already calling it the court joke of the century in other jurisdictions...

Regardless of her reasons, As x-Leader of her country her action to seek medical attention overseas is a big slap on the face of doctors in the Philippines ! If medical services in the Philippines is truly sub par she should have done something about it when she was in charge, instead of promoting the exporting of her citizens. Will be ironic when she find herself being treated by a Filipino and Filipino nurses in Singapore.
