Its ironic that bisag si Lacson, close friend ni Abnoy ug kontra kaayu sa Arroyos, la ni.supporta ni De Lima.
Whats more ironic is former commissioner man untas Human Right nis De Lima yet sya pa ning gauna-unag tap.ak sa rights sa usa ka tawo run. Basta lagi pa.pogi points sa media mag.saba-saba jyud si De Lima

what is wrong with what de lima did? She has received the official order, she has the right to deny Arroyo to leave the country.

The order is not binding to the DOJ unless they did received it officially.

ABNOY is very vindictive, he dwells too much on the past. How can you move on to the future if you keep looking back? What an A-hole.
yes it is true that there is an extradition, however it can not be used if someone applied for a political asylum...

Re: Hacienda Luisita crisis... even though he had a small shares he already ordered the DAR, DA, DOJ to resolve the case but the process is too slow for almost 4 decades still nothing happen... However, I give him credit for at least there is a hearing regarding the case... Mind you how many president for the past 4 decades? and nothing happened?

Last June 2006, the SC issued TRO stopping the Presidential Agrarian Reform Council (PARC) from executing its Resolution no. 2005-32-01 dated December 22, 2005, which will subject Hacienda Luisita under the coverage of CARP.

Both the admin and the supreme court are responsible for this mess. The admin because of its blunders, for example, its inability to handle even a simple hostage crisis. The Supreme Court, because it has made a mockery of the law with its 2nd, last, final but not final motion for reconsideration blunders, plagiarism scandals and corruption.

I feel ashamed for both the admin and our justice system. Nobody respects our rule of law anymore, even investors have lost all confidence in our kangaroo style justice. Does the President or any of these justices feel the same shame inside of them, do they even think about what our Asian neighbors think of our sham democracy and pathetic justice system?

On the one hand, I can see people here really want to believe that our supreme court justices have come up with the best interpretation of the Constitution to serve the interests of the country. On the other hand, I really want to ask these people -- really?? This is the same court that absolved blatant plagiarism, doesn't follow its own rules of court and is knee-deep in the stench of corruption.

Do we still have any semblance of self-respect in our law or in our government institutions? I'm surprised we still do, given how they've been run into the ground by everyone involved...

I see some here applauding the court for upholding the rights of PGMA.. yea right. You people really believe that? Since when has our Supreme Court ever been for upholding rights when it doesn't benefit them. Not in the case of coco levy, nor in the case of japanese comfort women. At least the court is consistent in its double standards oO

Hey dont feel too bad, doesn't it always boil down on how laws are interpreted, depending of course on alot of factors.
