i think you have all seen that massaging thingie that claim na mka niwang sa tv..

there is a bottle of water with a layer of oil on top... they claim that oil and water can never mix, but when the bottle is subjected to the supposed massaging technique of the device, you can see na the oil and water can no longer be distinguished... and thus they claim that their device is effective in melting away the fat in our body. they also tried it on a slab of fatty meat (mura uncut slab of bacon) and after a few seconds, the fatty meat is oozing oil supposedly melted by their device..

of course, it is false

from our biochem class last year, we learned that oil and water can be mixed either by emulsion (add soap to it and shake) or by agitation (shaking the contents violently) which was used by the ad... after an hour or so, mu settle ra ghapon the fat and water, separately.. with the oozing meat, it is possible sa luyo they just stuck hypodermic needles filled with liquid and as the video rolled, they squeezed out the
contents...voila dripping fat
