4th fight would be alright, but it would be no use if Manny is still the aggressor. You have to understand that Manny is not going to fall for Marquez's traps anymore, he acknowledges JMMs as a really effective and quality counter-puncher. The judges won't just give it to JMM just because he lasted 12 rounds and returned punches (effective or not).

tl;dr Marquez is the challenger, so he has to be the one to go out of his comfort zone.
