So what happened was Marquez got like 70% and Manny ended up with just 85%
So it looked bad on Pacquiao being on the decline and favorable to Marquez as an improvement

It's like Marquez is really doing a great job TRYING to catch up with manny but haven't actually caught up with him.

And Manny...well, considering his level, he narrowly escaped gyud and found another worthy opponent in JMM.

Even Roach admitted that they're behind. After the end of the 12th round, Pacquiao not sure he won went to his corner looked lost(he raised his hands in the first two fights) and while Marquez raised his hands.

It was a tactical battle, Marquez dictated the pace, limiting Pacquiao to fire 3 punch combo only.

I think it was the bodyshot that slowed Pacquiao. Marquez invested heavily downstairs.

Anyone believes that Pacquiao will beat Mayweather?

If there is to be a superfight, I give Mayweather the advantage. But here's something to consider, you can call it the dark horse or something. Mayweather had trouble with Zab Judah, and Mosley who definitely isn't as fast as Pacquiao (even if you take into account his aging). Judah is known to be of poor stamina though and is known to fade after 4th and 5th, which is not a problem for Pacquiao. So style and technique wise, it would be Mayweather, but right now the fighter with the best shot to put him down would be Pacman--if you reference Mayweather's past fights.
