For me, YES and NO! Heheh libog sah!
YES, kay scientifically speaking, if you go through pregnancy, you get fat man jud coz you are eating for 2, meaning for YOU and the BABY! When the baby comes out, you got used to EATING FOR 2 that you tend to continue that habit and it takes a lot jud to let go of that habit and get back to your old self and be health conscious and figure conscious for this matter! But if you double time and are hands on with your kid, then I guess the eating much and getting fat could go down ra sad coz of the hectic sched taking care of the baby and sleepless nights! Aside from that, usually sad after giving birth, there is what you call POST PARTUM DEPRESSION and this is one of the reasons why wala nay pake sa lawas and women would easily let go of themselves thinking it is the end of your career! But hey, it isn't the end really! It is just getting started!
No sad, kay if you keep things in a better perspective, taking care of yourself, taking care of a baby and taking care of your husband and household, then I guess that won't really make that much of a change if you are taking care of things! Oh divah? ehhehe

AS for me, I got fat after giving birth reaching 130 LBS...but then I got back to shape and am now about 110 LBS I guess! Hehhe Depende ra jud na ninyu if mgpadala mo sa sulti sa mga tao an if maminyu ka manambok ka! HEheh
