a very nice presentation. nigamay ang kalsada sa colon nya mura nang nahimo ug park.. kung wa gihapon nay disiplina ang mga tawo dri sa cebu, nah, kanang mga stalls sa ukay-ukay, siomaian, ug uban pang vendors kay mamalhin jud na sa islet. haha

unless you can show us how this rating system is suppose to mean anything and what constitutes every level of classification, the chart you posted really means nothing at all.
- how did they come about this rating? what was this based on? how credible is the rating system that they have?
- how is the rating suppose to affect the city in general?
- will the rating affect the general standing/perception that the city has to other countries?
