supposedly, ang apas kay idemolish para isumpay sa IT Park.. but dli na idayun.. some areas siguro like cent-com pero dugay pa..

nya sa mga squatter areas diha, mas maayu nuon if irelocate na sila. and moving them to an apartment or condo is a good idea kay instead of consuming a wide space for the house of each of the families, ideal nga ibutang sila sa usa ka building kay less "wide" space ila maconsume but "height". ^_^

for me cebu still has a lot of homework to do... before developing everything else, first develop a world class road and sewer systems then mass transport system... otherwise, cebu will just be another mega manila... i guess you know what i mean...
