I went to stream office this morning and I asked Russell about the training for DELL account, chat support, and unfortunately he told me that the client pulled out and didnt push through the training. I was really disappointed of how they told me the bad news, they should have told me ahead of time, so I wouldn't expect for the position to be mine.. the fact that they haven't informed me or called me about this one. this is really a turn off to the company. another bad experience with the HR. I dont wanna go through all this. If I didnt drop by at the HR, I wouldn't have known this information. really a bad experience. and they told me to put me thru a customer service account. I am thru with it. better luck next time.
