AMD has been equated to "gaming" but the truth is, any system would do... murag wala man siguro processor nga optimized for gaming... of course for the past few years, Intel has been seriously kicking AMD's butt as their processors seem to be better overall... AMD's response though seem to be with the pricing, so you can get more "value" rather than "raw" power...

no fanboy stuff ha, AMD user baya ko... but if i am to build a PC now for gaming, i'd choose Intel 2500k and then at least a GTX 560Ti video card...

Assembling will be the best option so that you will not waste buying a computer set already but with some other parts that are not worth using. Assemble at least you can choose what specific parts to use. But, of course focus on the main parts if you want it for gaming purposes like the Video card, memory,CPU.

This is quite an important thing as well. Cuz if apil ang monitor then gusto pa jud ka ug LCD which is mahal japun until now, It will really affect you budget. As for me, basta focus lang ko saCPU, memory and video card then the rest kay badgeton na sa sobra nga money.

I am trying to look for some answers from this thread.

If we had to buy in package with the specs comparing to a similar specs to use for assemble. Which is more affordable?

If package promo's are more affordable, what store?

If we plan to assemble, what store that could give us money saver offers?

If you experience this type of instance, please share. Thanks a lot.

newbies to PC world - I think it`s best to buy pre assembled PC units, from there learn from it (tweak and familiarize) to avoid the do`s and donts or conflicts in PC building...

Advanced PC Users - This is the good start to hand pick your PC Parts you prefer and assemble it to your preference...Custom built according to your wants or needs...
