drawbobo, you can't go directly to VISA unless you are have huge sales.... and it cost would increase, as you need to get PCI-DSS certification as well as SLL certs. And you may need to hire scurity consultants to audit your system.

Paypal, accepts visa/mastercards aswell as all major creditcards. Pero wala man dre, there's always 2co, Yespayment (Philippine based payment gateway)
