Hi my mom is looking for someone to assume our 150 sqm. lot in Greenwoods Executive Homes Subdv. in Talamban(naa mismo sa city unlike sa uban layo na kaayo nga subdivisions).
This lot is under Santa Lucia Properties. Nice dyud ni kaayo ky duol sa guardhouse ang napili nga lot area..I'ts located at Phase 3A Block lot 10 very near sa road in Talamban.
Near sa CIS nya STI.

Hello TS, FYI lang.. Greenwoods is no longer part of Barangay Talamban.. I think it's already part of Barangay Pulangbato, a barangay next to Pit-os. CIS & STI is located in Pit-os. Just to avoid confusion to your prospect buyer.
