1.) clogs are usually caused by air going thru the cartridge especially when it is not properly glued (elbows must be glued to prevent air from being suck inside.), 2.) the quality of cartridges you have, cartridges with "Japan" engrave is very good, unlike others that doesnt have the Japan engrave.
