suggestion:
. do a full body workout
. eat 5~6 times a day instead of 3(smaller balanced meal obviously heheh.. )
. never skip meals especially breakfast(when you wake up, the first thing you do is eat)
food to avoid:
. anything fried
. with the word 'hydrogenated'
. anything made from all purpose flour
. sweets of
any kind
FYI, mo work man ang sit ups.. dili lang ma kitan nimo kai gi cover man ug layer of fats.. there is no such thing as spot reducing.. it's full body or nothing at all..
