Update!
I visited Pag-ibig office recently and discussed with them the status of my property.
Since , VP Binay had this condonation program launched, I am fortunate enough that my asset qualifies for the restructuring program.
God is great! I am now on the verge in the restructuring formalities.
Sayang gyud kaayo kay, I found out that the current market value of my property is at 7K+ per sqm. when I purchase it wayback year 2007 it was only 4K per sq.m.

So ako na lang gyud neh tiwason. Since , I was lucky enuf that I was given a second chance to save my property.
