after sa 1week training bah... if makapasar ka hopefully. sign ba dayon og contrata ana para employee naka sa stream? or mag wait paka og piila ka mga buwan for signing of contract?pila ka months ang bond diri?

depende sa account siguro.. kay ang uban, daghan pa drama.. pahulaton pa ka nila.

just my 2 cents. those people who have resigned already and are presently working in SG have stayed with the program (DELL) long enough (which is 2-5 years) before going to singapore to work. so if you are after SG make sure you have at least 2 yrs solid experience with dell and have some certifications like DCSE. and just to let you know that program is very complex.

^ ma'am, i dont need much more experience with dell, because I have already had a solid experience from the other centers, I know whats the game in SG already ma;am, ...theres nothing more complex than my work bfore. .. I know u need 2 or more years of experience before u can make it thru in sg. but I have already just so u know. . what is DCSE ?

much better have yourself profiled under optilat voice account of dell. chat account does not really give you much credit when applying for an IT position is SG as well as having non related work experience in customer service (call center) when you are trying to apply as IT. if you are looking to work here for 6 months then resign for SG thinking that this experience would somewhat credit on ur resume then ayaw na lang. at least stay with the account for 1 year.

looking forward to getting this Cert SOON... ...but ingon man ang HR nga mag shuffle rana sila UNya i shuffle ra daw ko sa voice if ever naay opening. .. pero I will make sure nga ma voice ko sa DELL... theres a will theres a way... BTW... dili man customer service akong experience s uban nga center ma'am,,, DSL CONNECTION, MAC support, PRINTER AND FAX MACHINE man. akong friend kay nauna na sa SG ga work na siya didto.. parehas rami og experience.. unya DESKTOP support pud siya didto... I know how to get it away from it tho. HEHEHE>> EDITABLE ANG CERT. .... sa SG pwede ra FAKE nga CERT... U can do anything and everything basta dili lang masakpan sa cert... .. sa SG pwede ra FAKE nga CERT... U can do anything and everything basta dili lang masakpan sa cert...

nahan ka manimpad SG but it seems na ganahan ka mag shortcut. nya i-edit mo pa jud ang cert. masakpan ka kabaw ka unsay ang mahitabo?
ma cancel ang work pass mo unya i-ban ka sa SG. not to mention pa jud ang bayaran mo na penalty
don't even dare do this kind of hadooken bacin ikay magmahay once masakpan ka
kung para jud na nemo ang trabaho then ihatag jud na. don't even attempt to cheat on those certification kung naa ka sa laing nasud. you can get away with this sa pinas but sa SG they do internal audit and random inspection sa MOM

i know gikan kna nanimpad sa SG sa una then wala ka na swertehan, unya nibalik ka kron cebu, karon naa ka convergys i think wala kapa man cguro nka 6months gni cvg balhin na pod ka stream? unsa man diay account mo sa CVG? customer service?
