Good idea! Why don't we all resolve to be on the lookout for vigilantes and report those murderers to the police, media, and Department of Justice and NBI? That may help lower the number of cowardly murders these goons commit, as well as lower the risk to innocent bystanders. And don't forget to report any other crimes as well.

Territoriality

creates and gives you the sense of "ownership" over that space. As the owner, you have a
vested interest and are more likely to challenge abuse, unwanted acts, or intruders, and
report them to the police. Secondly, you identify your "territory" creating an environment
where "strangers" or "intruders" stand out and are more easily identified. Applying these
principles to your business can reduce the likelihood and the fear of crime occurring.

Ive been waiting for ages on that suggestion of REALISTIC SOLUTION from MANNYBOY or from any ANTI VIGILANTE but he ended up the same suggestion I gave and copy and pasting articles made by LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES / JUSTICE DEPARTMENT / LOUSY MEDIA COMMENTARIES etc whom are the reasons of the existence of VIGILANTES because of their half azz jobs and incompetence and that is just on anywhere else no matter what part of the world you are and not only in Cebu .
