REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE with CHRISTINA'S LAUNDRY STATION - they have 7 branches in Cebu

CHRISTINA'S LAUNDRY STATION has 7 branches in cebu. Owned by CHRISTINA MARIA JAKOSALEM.
They lost ALL my clothes (35pcs) because they gave it to someone else who didn't even have a receipt. After a lot of arguing with their supervisor, they said they could only pay me 800 pesos for all 35 pcs of clothing. I told them no, its not that easy to just lose someone's clothes, clothes nga g ampingan nmo.
I finally talked to the owner today and was even more disappointed. She said it was "ridiculous" that i was asking them to pay per piece, as if nangwarta ko nila. Hilas kaayo I've never been spoken to like that in my life. Instead of being apologetic, they were RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I am just asking that they pay me back for what THEY lost. *The owner even said "my staff told me your clothes were just shorts and house clothes.. Walay branded." This infuriated me. NATURAL, the staff would say that to protect themselves from paying! And honestly, how would the staff know which clothes were "branded" or not?*I'm so disappointed with how they treated me. They are the ones at fault here, yet the way they talked to me,*murag AKO ang naay sala for asking them to pay per pc.

I just needed to share because to me this is NOT the way you treat people. This is not how you treat your customers. At this point I don't even want to claim the 800 pesos. Offering me that small amount for 35 pcs of clothing is RIDICULOUS.
