I have a 301 sq.mtrs. lot ( 100 + 100 + 101) which I loaned from Pag-ibig situated in a high-end subdivision in Lilo-an.
Under some circumstances medyo na-delay ako payments.

The title is under my name.
I need to settle from Pag-ibig 600K pesos to save this property from getting foreclosed which is quite impossible for me to produce such huge amount in a short span of time.

I'm looking for possiblities wherein I can re-finance or perhaps find a buyer to assume this property.

I have already paid like 500K , sayang kaayo if mabira,sakit pa gyud baya kaayo sa ako part.

Ang current status niya is subject for foreclosure nah, pero wala pa gyud hingpit nga na foreclose.

Mga bro, basin naa mo matabang diha, way problema nako sa commision basta lang unta kahit papano naay mabali nako kaysa wala.

What subdivision?
How much is the monthly amortization? How long is the remaining term?
Perhaps you could sell it to someone willing to assume the payments...[at a slightly lower price than your total cash out]

Pag-ibig asked me to settle 600 thou to normalize the monthly amo.
MOnthly amo is only 14thou plus.
Willing man ko mo let go ug kinsa willing basta kahit papano naa lang unta mabalik sa ako kwarta kaysa wala bah!
Maski katunga lang sah ko nabayad ang mabalik sa akoa,I am willing to compromise.
Waman gud neh nako ma-approach sa mga banks or financial institution kay my time was limited when I was in the Philippines.
