PLDT complained post here!!!

Sauna katong nag maintain pa ko ug internet cafe sa Labangon dapit kay every week naga problema ang internet connection sa PLDT. Ang akong gibuhat kay akong gi configure ang modem cge. Nya mubalik na dayon ang internet.

Pero dri sa Mindanao wla man kaayo naga problema ang connection namo sa PLDT unlike dha sa Cebu..

I wrote them an email that my TelPad seems to have some issues with caller ID.
They replied:

Thats about PLDT customer service... they do not read emails, but it looks almost for me they just do an automatic reply based on keyword in the email (like caller ID in my case).
This PLDT people are so tupid brainless *****s...
