correct grammar "may i know to whom do i have the pleasure of speaking with"
conversational "may i know who i am speaking with"

most words are being omitted and or words are being used for a different purpose but the thought of it counts
if you have common sense, you would have understood that like a 10yr old would do

if you dont know how rant is used then i guess you need to expand your vocabulary and learn the different ways of english

may it be standard or not
if you prefer going carabao. then go ahead

I have heard the customer's concern and i am still about to do something about it
but the customer just wont stop talking
instead of interrupting them of their dilemma, i would rather let them RANT til they get satisfied

IGNORING their words since it is already pointless. I got the bottom-line the 1st time and i dont need to hear the same thing again

that is the reason why, in our status, i use the word rant
they (TP and BigBoss's) know what we are arguing about and we just kept on demanding for those things again and again since we dont see any actions taken

these redundant things are already considered as a RANT

Do you think People Support doesnt balance the billing schemes the clients are offering?
Do you think Stream doesnt spend time to coach or train their agents eventhough theyre not gonna paid for doing that?

Please be reminded that I did not mention any company names. That means Convergys, People Support, Stream do it too. Take note, that Stream was previously Etelecare, meaning something happened along the way that's why they were not able to sustain the business. People Support was bought by Aegis. Convergys' -same basic and only differs on additional incentive (thats the risk they took).Convergys does not give Attendance bonus for a 5 minute late. TP gives 30 minutes. Do you even know about these details? TP was never bought by nobody. And take note they're growing.

Making you understand the PROS and CONS doesn't mean I want you to look at TP as special. Instead, I want you to be mature enough to understand.

I still dont understand why you have to leave Convergys or whichever company you came from without ensuring that you will benefit from doing it.

What I see now is you're blaming your failure to TP because you were not smart enough in weighing things first before you made a decision.

Acceptance of your mistake will not make you a lesser person.
