There is no question about my communication skill using English language kay nadawat nako CVG and TP and I PASSED THE BERLITZ ASSESSMENT. Again, English is not my native tongue. I'm not bragging about my English Communication Skill. Though I am an IT professinal still im good enough sa English. Dili attitude natong mga tagaCVG or former employee sa CVG ang manaot ug lain na company tapos muastag murag mamaligyaay ug isda parehas sa imu gibuhat. CVG and TP are good companies. I am currently in TP and I am also not happy with the company, my team mates including me will be leaving by December. Let's see how tough you are. BTW, my first call center experience is from ePerformax which..for me..has the highest standard when it comes to comms training. Adrienne akong trainer. I don't know if these days they still upheld their standards but they had great standards before..took me some time to pass. With all the "Pop your Teeth" and "Drop your Jaw" BUT with Berlitz? It was a walk in the park..I took Berlitz when I was working at Sykes Asia..Michelle ang name sa taga Berlitz.

guys,shush. wala man ta nag post ani na thread pra dautun atung comm skills. No one is perfect.ang atung g huna2x ani nga thread ang welfare sa mga employees sa tp and ang mga ganahan mu apply,pra at least kahibaw ang ubang cebuanos sa na experience namu dinhi.. naa rha nila kung mu risk sila. right now,murag tanan tau naghatag lng ug at least 6 months sa tp kung naay kausaban sa management and sa pay dinhi (hopefully)!!!

ana jud na padung para makahibaw siya if ge reject ba jud or wala ge hire... he must be a tough guy to call people losers even if these people did him no harm. He's so proud to pass Berlitz when all you have to do when taking Berlitz is to be spontaneous..diction, intonation, and enunciation does not matter. I am not trying to prove anything here..I know my pronunciation or grammar is not that good, or even spelling..but I don't call people losers just because I want to kiss-ass.
