decided not to buy the Iphone 4s when I saw the drop test niya alongside the Samsung Galaxy SII..

the Glass and Aluminum design is nice pero dili kaayo practical for everyday use....

It also doesnt make sense to me that you buy a phone which needs a case to protect it... pareha ra na' atong Iphone 4 that needed rubber bumpers para dili ma "death grip".

Hopefully, they can improve their design sa Iphone 5... for now, ill probably get an Android Phone from Samsung, HTC or a Nokia windows phone.

i didnt buy iphone 4s just because im afraid that i might break it, its because i have an iphone4 and im still happy with it, ang ako money nga save for a new iphone went to ipad2.

but durability wise... given the aesthetics design of the SGS2 and the Iphone 4, we all know that though the sgs2 is all plasticky and stuff.. but given in a real world scenario wherein betting 1 out of 50, your going to drop your phone sooner or later... we all know which ones to be rushing for a repair back to the shop. Though its a case to case scenario.. for me, the iphone's repair rate would always be higher than that of the S2.. after all, glass is glass and plastic is plastic..

Depends on what country..Mine is unlocked. There is no such thing as locked here in Singapore. Every phone is openline.

diri sa singapore naa sila law preventing telcos from locking phone. yes naa ka contract and yes you pay little but the termination fee is equivalent to the price of the unit bought without contract. Singapore has strict law and even stricter enforcement. If you don't pay, you get sued.

i have my phone for almost a year now and wala pa gyud matagak... it all ends on how you take care of your stuffs. you know that is a premium phone and its made of glass, u should have to take good care of it.

and with the video shown... it was completely flat out, di man pud siguro ingana matagak ang cellphone.

also if i would have to buy a phone for durability, i would go with sonim and moto defy
