maybe you trying to create a thread sa Buy and Sell section. Which is you need to have at least 30 post. Posting in Buy and Sell and humor section doesnt up the post count.

you'll need to work your way up to a junior member status before you can create a thread. For a newbie to become a junior member needs to have at least 30 post..
