Ok, said title wont be repeated.. Straight to the point ko ani..

1. Can you register a Dog and his/her breed even w/o the history of the dog's parents or any ancestry having been previously registered?

ex. My labrador cant be registered because sire and dam was not also registered. I wanted to kay moh larga unta ko nah kuyog ako iro nya pah chuy2x xd bah nah naay papers para xd maka suway ko unsay man jud naa aning manga "paperz" thing nila.. :P

D ko moh palit og iro nah naay papers daan, kay dili kay wa koy budget, (hambog mode) haha.. May man xd ni kita owner mismo mag kugi sah manga angay e asikaso sato manga iro or unsa pana nah pets..

2. If dili jud, then why not? Isnt it a bit racial to deny registry knowing a breed is actually pure enough to be called one?

ex. Gutso bah sa manga taga Pcci nah ipa blood test ni ako iro para lng jud sure nah pure breed ni xa? lol and for the record naa jud baya blood test sa iro..

im not sure with 1 but i think ang 2 kay bisag ang looks pure jud kaayu pero wala man ta kahibaw sa history sa parents, basin diay naay 2% laing breed? HAHA so dili gihapon pure.

i will try my best to answer with any experience i know about pedigree and pcci

1. No.
2. "Pure enough" doesn't guarantee anything. what would be your guarantee that during a few generations of the dog's ancestry that there were no undesirable mix that have been done? nevertheless having a pedigree is indeed about race. hence the great deal and resource are put into place for the sole purpose on improving and keeping that breed going. "Dogwise". that is why there is a paper, a guarantee or proof if you may.

BTW why would someone consider that there dogs having papers na pa chuychuy na? is having papers really that shallow? a status symbol?

the answers are obvious but it is BEST if you direct your questions to the PCCI itself.
theyre the registering org, and if you have concerns about registration (or non registration)
they should be the best office to inquire to.

dili man siguro luoy kung dili registered. dili man kaha mu kuha ug passport or visa ang iro? kay kailangan pa nag nso authentication. lol
