This is less of a "conspiracy" and more of a matter of common sense. Saying that the elite controls global economy is just another way of saying that the rich controls the money, which is rather obvious.

there is a loophole on this conspiracy;
you can be one of those elites by striving, working hard, pag negosyo, pag tigum, do something different to improve your life.. or better yet become rich!

and one important point;
those leaders and officers of those corporations(who suposedly controls the world) are only Employees, meaning they can be fired, hired, retire early, etc. they too came from rank and file position upto becoming CEO or chairman of a publicly owned company. They strive hard and reached thier current status.
