=> really? actually Accenture is one of my prospect company, I don't know if they hiring a CISCO engineer or Tech Support.. anyways thanks for the info dude..especially if you have plan to apply as CISCO engineer sa accenture, they are preferring to hire those who have a cc (tsr to be specific) experience.

really? why man? dbuh usually TSR karon kay on phone raman, dili jud sa field I mean, dili ka ka.configure ug router, switch, firewall, server?^ yeah sakto jud.most especially if you have plan to apply as CISCO engineer sa accenture, they are preferring to hire those who have a cc (tsr to be specific) experience.
Then I guess TSR just do basic troubleshooting.. what do you think?

^i don't really know about that, basig customer support(tsr) rasad nga style ila cisco engineer ngadto kay kinahanglan man gyud nga naay 1yr exp as tsr...
