ALL HOTELS. That's why you have PEAK season rates... The Asean is creating an UNUSUAL peak season due to its large influx of customers who are willing to pay top dollar for our rooms... This is only natural...

I dont really get what SUMAGANDAY here is trying to imply . WHy he/she is so OUTRAGED or DISAPPOINTED of the high prices thats going on during the ASEAN SUMMIT . That is normal and not only in the Philippines whom we are known for but ANYWHERE else in the world . Bisan ang burikat naa pod na silay PEAK SEASON , I am tring to say is that just anything else ug dili lang kay ang HOTELS which to name I few already which I mentioned includes FOOD and GASOLINE .


One question lang .... do you plan to stay in one of the best hotels Cebu has to offer during the summit ? Hehehe .... not to be rude pero kung wala kay plano .... dont give a shit about it . Mao kadaghanan sa PINOY ug PINAY dali ubanon kay problemahon ang problema .

Law of Supply and Demand? Pananglit naa kay hotel nga naay 100 ka bo-ok room, mautro diay nimo na? Like moingon ka uy Asean Summit ang atong 75 na lang ka bo-ok, moingon diay ka ana. LAw of Supply and Demand sama sa prutas, flowers panahon sa kalag-kalag ug valentines day, hamon panahon sa pasko etc.. Kana naay law of supply and demand kay wa man kay fixed quantity ana.

Now sa giingon ko na sa hotel business, mo change ba diay ang quantity sa imong room kung daghan ang mo check in.

Kung mao na pati barko, eroplano ug bus mag otro otro ang plite labina passenger season kay law of supply and demand man kaha?

Dili man na mahug comparable sa AUCTION . Never man mo barato ang auction kay ang bidding padulong man na pataas ang presyo . Ang HOTEL business , off peak gani ang season ... mo promote man na sila ug cheap rates . Meaning gikanaog nila ang presyo ... asa ang pagka pareho ana ? Nakasabot ba ka pod unsay AUCTION ? basin wala ha ga tuga tuga ka ug gamit ana na word .

There is NO BIDDING going on in the hotel rates . What happens , its a first come first serve basis . Pero kamo tanan same ra mo ug gibayaran , mabarato or mahal na .

hahahaha....sumagandahay, i think you're better off building own your hotel....hahaha.....one that is nice, with cheap fixed rates and no peak or off peak season......then pwede sad i auction na nimo kay imoha man....hahaha
